OACA Autumn Picnic Carnival 2023

Dear Friends of the Olympia Area Chinese Association (OACA),

Autumn winds have begun to blow, and golden leaves are falling. As time swiftly passes, we once again approach the golden moments of this year's autumn. To celebrate this special season, we have decided to organize a memorable "OACA Autumn Picnic Carnival".

We sincerely invite you, your family, and friends to join us for a joyful and fulfilling time. During this pleasant autumn, why not join us at the Rainier Vista Shelter A in Rainier Vista Community Park? Here, you can enjoy the fresh outdoor air, savor BBQ, appreciate various song and dance performances, and play games together.

Event details are as follows:

Date and Time: September 16th, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Location: Rainier Vista Community Park (Shelter A).

Activities: Outdoor picnic, BBQ, games, song and dance performances, etc.

To enhance the festive atmosphere, the association has prepared moon cakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival,  hotdogs, sandwich BBQ, water, and utensils. We sincerely hope you can bring your family and friends, along with your specialty dishes or fruits, to share with us.

To ensure the smooth running of the event, we ask those who see this notification to promptly sign up in the group chat. This helps us better estimate the number of attendees. Also, to diversify our food options, we encourage each participant to bring at least one dish or fruit that they excel in making to share with everyone.

Let's cherish this time of gathering, reminisce about the past, discuss current joys, and look forward to future hopes. Together, we can create unforgettable autumn memories.

    我们诚挚地邀请您及您的家人、朋友们，与我们一同度过一个欢乐、充实的时光。在秋高气爽的季节里，何不与我们一起到我们附近美丽的公园，享受户外的清新空气，品味BBQ烧烤，欣赏各种表演，和大家一起玩游戏。

    为了确保活动的顺利进行，请朋友们及时在群里接龙报名，帮助我们更好地统计参与人数。同时，为了丰富我们的食物选择，我们也鼓励每家或每位参与者能够带上至少一样您擅长的饭菜或水果，与大家分享。
