Forwarding City of Olympia Summer Camp 2022 Preview!

We're excited to let you know that City of Olympia Summer Camps are LIVE for PREVIEW! Attached is a PDF brochure for you to "flip" through and you can also hop right over to olympiawa.gov/experienceitonline to find the camps that are right for your kids. Registration for all camps opens on Monday, March 7 at 8:00 AM!

To create an online wishlist:

• Sign in to your account.
• If you can't remember your login, try the "forgot your password" option rather than creating a new, duplicate account. If you have any trouble with this, give us a call at 360.753.8380.
• Take a moment after you've signed in to review and update your address and contact information.
• Make sure your campers are added as Family Members in your account on the right - if not, click "Manage Family Members" and add them.
• Now you're ready to start saving camps!
• Click "Activities" and then "See All Categories" from the top menu.
• Click "Camps"
• You can filter by date range under "When" and age under "Who"
• You can also sort by date, age or other criteria using the "Sort by" feature. (We are not currently using the "Map View," so you can ignore that.)
• Begin reviewing the camp options and when you see one you're interested in, click the little heart symbol to "Save for Later!"
• On registration day (Monday, March 7 at 8:00 AM) you'll be able to log back into your account and go to "My Save for Later" at the top of the screen or "Manage Save for Later" at the bottom of your account page.
• From your Save for Later page, you can then add camps to your Cart and proceed to check-out once you've got everything all lined up. Definitely take advantage of our Payment Plan option to help spread out the cost of camps.
• We encourage anyone who needs assistance with Summer Camp fees to apply to Ina's Fund! Though the priority deadline has passed for pre-registration, we would still love to work with you to get your camper(s) signed up. Submit your application ASAP. You can register for camps on Monday and choose the Payment Plan option. If you are approved, we will adjust your fees before the first payment is due.
• As always, we're also available via phone for registration and trouble-shooting at 360.753.8380. There may be a wait on Monday, as we often get LOTS of calls on registration day!
• We also recognize that some camps fill quickly, so highly recommend that you add your camper(s) to the waitlist and then choose a back-up option. Family plans often change as the summer nears and spots frequently open up. It's easy for us to help you transfer sessions.

We're already looking forward to another fun, safe and exciting summer with your campers!
