Announcement – Chinese School Open for Registration for Fall 2022-2023

Dear Friends of OACA:

Starting today, Olympia Chinese School is open for registration for the Fall term of 2022.  The deadline for registration is August 15th, 2022 . If you are interested in applying for someone in your family, please visit the OACA official website (OlympiaChinese.org) to download the application form and complete the registration process. The registration is considered complete only when we have received BOTH registration form and tuition. Students under the age of 18 must have a guardian’s signature.
The school has simplified and traditional classes.  Parents can choose the type of class on the registration form.  Please write clearly on the form and tuition check, so that we can process correctly.  Please also note, due to much higher-than-expected increase in classroom rent, the location of school and the tuition are both tentative.  They will be finalized before school start.  All questions related to registration and admission can be sent to school@olympiachinese.org for consultation.

Ways of registration:

Visit the OACA official website (olympiachinese.org ), click “Chinese school” on the first page, then click “school classes”, and go to the bottom of page, click "Download Registration Form" to download the registration form.

After downloading the form, you can fill it out directly on your computer and then,

1)  sent directly to school@olympiachinese.org and paid with Zelle to contact@olympiachinese.org, or

2)  print the registration form and mail it with the check, to

Registration FAQ

1. How do I register online? Do I need to set up an account on the OACA website before registering?

No account registration is required.

Just download and fill in the registration form, then email it to school@olympiachinese.org and pay the registration fee (or membership fee) and tuition.

2. Are there any discounts or exemptions for tuition fees?

Sorry, so far, we do not have any form of relief.

3. Will this school year be physical or online courses?

Physical classes.

4. I have already paid the OACA membership fee last year. Can I waive the registration fee for my child’s registration this time?

The membership fee is paid once a year. If your membership expires in less than 6 months, you need to pay the OACA membership fee again to waive the school registration fee.

5. How do I know that I have successfully registered?

After you submit the completed registration form and pay the registration fee/membership + tuition fee in full, you will receive an electronic receipt issued by the association and the class assignment information sent by the school.

自即日起,奥林匹亚中文学校2022年秋季报名工作正式开始,报名截止时日期为2022年8月15日。有意报名者,请前往OACA 官网(OlympiaChinese.org)下载报名表并完成注册程序。我们将以收到学费以及填报正确的报名表来确认注册完成。未满18周岁的学生,必须有家⻓签名。学校设有简体班和繁体班,家⻓可根据自己的意愿或需求,在报名表上标注简/繁体班。填写报名表以及支票时,务请字迹清楚,便于我们核对信息。請注意，由於教室的租賃費用大幅增加，目前注册单及網頁上的学校地址及学费尚未定案，在开学之前会落实。所有与报名以及入学的相关问题,可发邮件到 school@olympiachinese.org 咨询。

前往 OACA 官网(olympiachinese.org ),在首⻚点击 Chinese school,然后点击 school classes, 并下拉⻚面到

底端,点击“ Download Registration Form ” 下载报名表。

下载表格后,可直接在电脑上填写,填好后

1), 可直接电邮到 school@olympiachinese.org,并用Zelle付款給 contact@olympiachinese.org, 或

2), 打印报名表再与支票一起邮寄到

报名常⻅问题

1、请问如何从网上报名? 报名前需要在OACA 官网注册账号吗?

不需要注册账号。

只需到www.OlympiaChinese.org 上下载并填写报名表,然后发到报名专用邮箱school@olympiachinese.org 并支付报名费(或会员费)以及学费。

2、请问学费方面有没有折扣或者减免?

很抱歉,目前为止,我们没有任何形式的减免。

3、请问这个学年是实体课还是网课?

实体授课。

4、我去年已经交过OACA会员费,这次给孩子报名是否可以免交注册费?

会员费一年一交,如果您的会员到期日不足6个月,则需要再次缴纳会员费以便享受免交注册

费的待遇。

5、如何知道我成功报名?

在您提交填写完整的报名表并全额支付注册费/会员费+学费后,会收到协会发出的电子收据以

及校⻓发送的编班信息。
