OACA Successfully Hosts Year-End Environmental Program Summary and Youth Art Awards Ceremony

On December 14, 2025, the Olympia Area Chinese Association (OACA) held its year-end Environmental Program Summary Meeting and Youth Art Competition Awards Ceremony at the Chinese School.

The event was co-hosted by OACA President Fan Zhang and former board member Bing Xu. Attendees included current and former OACA board members Alex Yuanlong Ge, Jun Wang, Yan Men, Gang Ma, and Bonnie Bao; Chinese School Principal Wei Gu and teachers; youth art competition judges Yan Dai, Sheue Lan Shyu, and Amy Yao Li; as well as participating students and their families. Together, they gathered to celebrate a meaningful and inspiring occasion.

At the beginning of the event, President Zhang reviewed OACA’s activities over the past year, highlighting the achievements of the environmental-themed programs and events. He also expressed sincere appreciation to board members, volunteers, and community friends for their continued dedication and support.

Following the summary, Bing Xu announced the winners of the Youth Art Competition. The atmosphere was warm and enthusiastic, as the creativity and talent of the young participants were recognized with applause from guests and families.

In addition, all submitted artworks have been compiled into a beautifully designed 2026 calendar (special thanks to Jun Wang for the design).

2025年12月14日，奥林匹亚华人协会（OACA）在中文学校隆重举行了全年环保系列活动总结会，并为青少年艺术作品比赛的获奖者颁发奖项。

本次活动由协会会长张帆与前理事许冰共同主持。协会理事会及前理事会成员戈元龙、王俊、门嫣、马钢、BonnieBao，中文学校校长古维及全体教师，青少年艺术作品评审戴衍、徐雪兰、李姚（AmyLi）老师，以及参赛学生和家长齐聚一堂，共同见证这一充满意义的时刻。

活动伊始，张帆会长对协会过去一年开展的各项活动进行了系统回顾，重点介绍了环保主题系列项目所取得的成果，并向理事会成员、志愿者以及长期支持协会发展的社区朋友们致以诚挚的感谢。

随后，许冰公布了青少年艺术作品比赛各奖项的获奖名单。现场气氛热烈而温馨，孩子们的创意与才华得到了充分肯定，赢得了在场嘉宾和家长们的阵阵掌声。
