OACA Short Video Contest starts NOW
Dear members and friends of OACA,
The outbreak of Covid-19 has greatly disrupted our peaceful life in this beautiful town and the stay-at-home has forced us to keep distance from the other people and away from our mother nature. But the spring has come and the laughter and joy are still around us. To memorize this unusual time and pursuit happiness and warmth of our lives, OACA is launching a short video contest and the details are as follow:
1. Each of the participating video will be categorized into one of the three groups based on the specific content,and there will be a first, second, and third prizes for each group voted by the public.
Group 1: Kids show (kids talent show, parent-child activities, etc.; each video is limited to 1 minute)
Group 2: I love my home (gardening, handicrafts, pets, life, etc.; each video is limited to 2 minutes)
Group 3: Happy Kitchen (Cooking show, gourmet food, etc.;each video is limited to 3 minutes)
2. The video must be original. Each participating family can submit one video for each group, and can submit a total of three contest videos.
3. You can submit your work now and until May 3rd.You can send it to any OACA board member via Wechat or email to OACA at Contact@olympiachinese.org. Please indicate the name of the video and the producer. All the participating videos will be available by May 5th and the online voting will start on May 6th and end on May 9th. We will announce the winners on May 10th.
Everyone is welcome to participate in this contest. We look forward to seeing your creative work.

突如其来的一场疫情，破坏了我们原本宁静平和的生活；一道居家令，让我们在足不出户中与自然、他人拉开了一道距离。但是，春天依然如期而至，笑声依然点亮了四面风，幸福和快乐也依然就在我们的盈盈一握间。让我们用光和影，用旋律和动感，记下这别样的人间四月天，记下这病毒肆意横行的日子里始终不变的热气腾腾的生活。
OACA理事会现决定举办《小视频 大视野》短视频大奖赛，细节如下：
一、短视频内容涉及以下三方面，各设一二三等奖，共将产生九个奖项：
1、宝宝秀（宝宝才艺、亲子，小童趣等，视频限定1分钟内）
2、我爱我家（园艺、手工、宠物、生活类等，视频限定2分钟内）
3、欢乐厨房（厨艺、美食、烹饪教学等，视频限定3分钟内）
二、作品不拘形式，但必须原创，每家每项目均可提交一视频，即每家最多可提交三个参赛视频，小视频最好简单制作一下，如能打上小视频的名字会更完美。
三、 即日起接受报名和提交作品，可发送给OACA理事会任一成员，或发送Email至协会 (Contact@olympiachinese.org），报名时请写明作品的名字和制作者家庭的名字。
四、截止日期：5月3号。
网上投票日期：5月6—9号。
公布票数结果：5月10号。
***票数前三为得奖作品，奖品在活动结束后自取。
