Forwarding Application Notice - COVID-19 Immigrant Relief Fund

Dear Members,

COVID-19 Immigrant Relief Fund is open for application.  If approved, $1000 is provided for each case （each family may contain up to 10 cases).  

The application deadline is May 15.

• Getting started

a.  Visit https://apply.immigrantreliefwa.org/submit

b.  Click “Sign up” and create an account with an e-mail address and a secure password. Multiple people can share one account with the same e-mail, but you will need to submit one application before starting on another.

c.  Scroll down to your language and click the blue “apply” button. This will be the language you submit your application in and receive notifications in. 

• Eligibility

a.  Read the text to confirm you are eligible

b.  Answer the questions, review any confusion in the language. 

c.  Click Next

• Basic and Contact Information

a.  Enter your name. The address on this document MUST EXACTLY MATCH the name on your identity document. This does not need to be the name written on the check if you are approved and awarded.

b.  To verify your identify, upload one of these documents. Click Choose File, navigate to a picture of your document, and click “Open.” Once it is uploaded, it will show a document picture and the name of the file.

c.  For question 5, if you have a residential address, click yes and write it below. The address on this document MUST EXACTLY MATCH the address on the proof of residency document.

d.  If you do not, enter a contact that can receive mail on your behalf. This can be an organization, friend, or family member.

e.  To verify your residency, upload one of these documents. Click Choose File, navigate to a picture of your document, and click “Open.” Once it is uploaded, it will show a document picture and the name of the file.

f.  If you do not have a residency address, please click on the letter template and have the organization or individual receiving your mail fill it out and upload it.

g.  Enter date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format. 

h.  Phone number should be one that can receive text messages.

i.  Enter your e-mail address. Multiple people can use the same email address If you do not have an email address.
